| Moist CLAY for sale: We buy a great deal of clay for our own use and thus usually have some available for our fellow local potters who might need some clay. We always have Highwater Phoenix which is a Cone 10 Stoneware clay that is also excellent for Raku. We usually have a variety of other clays as well including porcelain. Contact us for current availability and prices. DISPLAY STANDS How do you display your beautiful pottery? We had a beautiful platter displayed on a wooden easel blow over and break at a show. Another potter at the show had a metal stand that worked beautifully, but she was having a hard time getting more. We now make a similar display stand that is stable, simple, and flexible so that a variety of pottery sizes can fit on the stand and the stand (or pottery holder or easel) does not detract from our lovely pottery. Our pottery holders are made of welded steel, covered with black enamel, and will last for years to display your fine works of art. The side of each stand can be pulled apart or pushed together to allow various sizes of pottery. The vertical height will vary depending on the distance you have created between the legs, but is approximately 8 1/2" tall. The legs are 3' high, with the horizontal bar to set the pot on at about 2'" from the base. The horizontal bars (giving the depth of the stand) range from 3" to 6" which are sizes we have found to work the best for most pottery. The more depth you have (horizontal bar measurement) the more stable the stand. ALL of our standard display stands are $10.00 - $15.00 each plus shipping. You just need to specify the depth.
